Couples looking for comfort won’t be disappointed

Our arrival was harrowing but they sent someone to pick us up. Once there, I found the bathroom Nothing short of luxury, separate glass cubicles for the toilet and shower!

It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but reasonable for the experience.

i had a great time at hauser hotel. the room was clean and comfortable, perfect for my one night stay. the location is amazing, right in the heart of town and close to hauser confiserie. breakfast was delightful, and the service was truly first class.

the noise from the main road was a bit distracting.

We had a lovely two-night stay with friendly service and enjoyed the cozy family room. The sun terrace was perfect for relaxing, and the kids loved the play area. The room was on the smaller side, but we were okay with that since we just wanted a comfy spot to recharge. 🏨

Breakfast offered a variety of local options, but I wished for more hot food choices. The staff were super friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. However, noise from the street was a bit disturbing, especially during the night. The design of the shower could be improved to prevent water spilling onto the floor. Overall, nice atmosphere but could benefit from additional dining variety and noise reduction.

Central location made it easy to explore. Rooms were spacious and clean. No kettle in the room was inconvenient. Free shuttle to the train station was great for getting around. Enjoyed skiing nearby. Breakfast options could be more varied.

The Hauser Hotel St Moritz features a beautifully decorated lobby with warm wood accents, creating a cozy atmosphere. Accessibility was excellent for seniors, with ramps and elevators that made navigating the hotel effortless.

More variety in breakfast options would be appreciated.

great staff but missing amenities

The staff provided exceptional service upon check-in, making my stay more enjoyable. Their willingness to pick me up from the train station added a personal touch to the experience.

Unfortunately, basic amenities like a gym were not available.

The stunning mountain view from our Family Room was absolutely breathtaking! Although the breakfast could've offered more variety, we loved the warm atmosphere and friendly reception staff. The location was super convenient! 🏔️

Had an awesome time with friends! We explored beautiful trails and enjoyed the Schürmüli Musig for traditional tunes. The location was perfect, with friendly staff always ready to help. Don't miss the delicious breakfast with local produce and the cozy ambiance. You might get a free ride to the station too!

Unfortunately, wine prices were pretty high, which was a bit disappointing after the lovely meals we had.

Exceptional family-run hotel experience

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel with spacious rooms and stunning views of the mountains. The breakfast was a highlight, featuring fresh pastries and a variety of local delicacies. Mr Hauser's personalized service made us feel truly welcomed and valued. The location was perfect for exploring the area, being close to shops and ski lifts. However, I did wish there were more options for pillows in the room.

Had a family room, and it was super spacious! Loved the large balcony with panoramic views—seriously beautiful. The king-sized bed was comfy enough to sink into after a long day. Plus, the bathroom was modern and clean. Overall, the room felt cozy and had a nice natural vibe. Definitely made our stay feel comfortable!
